This is for when needed. You are a studious, quiet, non-smoking student (17 to 21 years old) who will keep our home clean and tidy. The price is $850, and includes three good meals a day. Central AC/Heat, cable, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included, as are all cleaning supplies. This place is near Yonge and College, with the subway steps away. There are floor to ceiling room dividers which gives you the feeling of having your own room. Living here there will be you, another student of your gender, and me, a caring retired senior male. You need nothing except your clothes and personal hygienic products. I sleep in the master bedroom. Walking is 5 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to U of T and the Financial District, and 15 minutes to George Brown College on King St. East.
